  Do not eat at this establishment - Hibachi Express . They have Extremely poor customer, rude cashier, wait way too long for your food. By the time you get it is cold. I took mine back and asked for a refund. Now I have never heard of an establishment in this day and age who can't put your money back on your card that you used to purchase your food with and say to the customer, "we have to give you the cash back we can't put the money back on your card. But I guess that's what one gets for dealing with this type of establishment. Hibachi Express in Lee County, Please teach the people who are working for you proper work etiquette such as not to talk ugly about the customer where they can see and hear you, not to do your homework at the counter you are supposed to be servicing the customers, or to talk on your cell phone at the counter you are servicing customers. Have a manager on duty older than 16 - 18 years old who doesn't lie to the customer when she calls back to leave a complaint. I normally do not post things like this but this foolishness I just did not want anyone else to have to endure.
